POLICIES FOR BLOGGING + MAKER PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES 

COPYRIGHT

As the photographer, I own and retain the rights to all images taken during the shoot. I reserve the right to post any photos taken for clients on my website, social media platforms such as Instagram or Facebook, as well as use for any promotional materials for Nichole Fink Photography. Your business or personal information will not be shared.

ATTRIBUTION

Credit must always be given when images are shared. Photos posted to Instagram should include the tag @nmurrayfink in the caption to credit Nichole Fink Photography. If images are posted on a website, credit to Nichole Fink Photography must be given on the particular post, linking to www.nicholefink.com

THIRD-PARTY INTEREST

If a business, brand, company, website, or any other third party outside of your photographer or you wishes to use your photos, please contact me (your photographer) and I will either share or sell the photos with or to the interested party. Images are sent to the blogger with a print/publishing release that gives permission only to the blogger to use the photos. Sharing photos without the consent of the photographer is a breach of contract and will be addressed as such. 

RETOUCHING

Fine image retouching is not included.  This includes Photoshop retouching like liquefying to appear slimmer, removing of wrinkles and major blemishes or any large-volume work. Nichole Fink Photography will conduct minor retouching and is at the photographer’s discretion. Photos requiring retouching out of this scope are subject to an additional $15 per photo fee.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that a client needs to cancel a photo shoot, it must be done 36 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time. If the client cancels the photo shoot within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a late cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. In the event that a client is a no show for the appointment or cancels within 3 hours of scheduled appointment time, a $75 charge will be applied.

LATE ARRIVALS

The time for all sessions is continuous and begins when we start shooting or 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, whichever is sooner. The time does not stop when you are changing, or when we are traveling. The photographer allows for a 15-minute buffer from the scheduled session time.  If you arrive for your session outside of the 15-minute buffer, a $15 fee will be billed to the client.  

PAYMENTS

Single Sessions (Mini or Full)

An invoice will be emailed after the photo shoot to be paid online with credit card within the week of it being sent. Checks made payable to Nichole Murray-Fink or Venmo payments to @Nichole-Murray-Fink are also accepted.

Multi-Session Packages (1 or 2 Months)

Upon booking a multi-session package, an invoice reflecting 50% of the package price is to be paid online with credit card within a week of it being sent or prior to the first scheduled appointment, whichever comes first. The remaining package balance is due at the midway point (day 15 or day 30 respectively) of the package duration. An invoice reflecting the remaining balance will be sent one (1) week prior to the midway point and should be paid online within the week of it being sent.  Checks made payable to Nichole Murray-Fink or Venmo payments to @Nichole-Murray-Fink are also accepted.

AGREEMENT TO POLICIES

In advance of the photo shoot, all clients must provide formal agreement to the policies stated. By completing the form below, you are agreeing to the  above policies.
